The NY44 Health Benefits Plan Trust uses a secure website for member schools to record benefit elections of
enrollees at the time of hire or during Open Enrollment. NY44 currently uses “bswift”.

The enrollment system can be accessed at www.ny44trust.bswift.com. Please bookmark this link for access into the enrollment system.
