Information for Enrollees

The NY44 Health Benefits Plan Trust uses a secure website for member schools to record benefit elections of
enrollees at the time of hire or during Open Enrollment. NY44 currently uses “bswift”.

Your school may enter elections on behalf of Enrollees or have Enrollees enter elections themselves, directly into the system using their own unique, private username and password.

For Enrollees who enter elections themselves, the enrollment system can be accessed at https://secure.bswift.com/default.aspx?abbrev=ny44trust.

If you do not know whether your school allows Enrollees direct access to the system, please contact your benefits Administrator. They will be able to explain the process for enrolling in the Health Benefits Plan and how to make changes to your coverage. The contacts can be found on the Contacts page, HERE.
